Louis Vuitton releases book on Virgil Abloh

Assouline publishing house will publish the book “Louis Vuitton: Virgil Abloh”. In this way, the brand wants to honor the memory of Virgil Abloh, the creative director of the Louis Vuitton menswear line, who passed away in November 2021.

According to Hypebae, the book was written by fashion critic Anders Christian Madsen, who collaborated with the designer. The work is divided into eight parts – in accordance with the number of collections created by the designer for Louis Vuitton.

The book will also include memories of Virgil’s friends and acquaintances. Among them are Nigo, Naomi Campbell, Kendall Jenner and Kid Cudi. The publication has 359 pages and over 320 photographs. The work is presented with two collector’s covers.
