She is young and successful, she has more than one project behind her. She is the owner of several companies and the charitable foundation’s founder. She is a wonderful mother and a progressive singer. We talked with Polina Krupchak about charity and her foundation «‎The founders of the future».

What are your personal life priorities?

My priorities in life are family and work. You say: don’t they contradict each other? But this is something that is dear to me. One half of me is my family, the other half is work and stage. I need both parts. Eliminate one and I’ll feel bad. Take another and I’ll start to suffer. The meaning of my life is in their harmony. I will continue to try to keep this balance.

How did you get the idea to do charity work?

You know, it’s upbringing. Ever since I was a child, I knew how important it is to help others. For me, this has always been a very important aspect of my life. We can truly call ourselves full-fledged participants in the life process only in this case, otherwise, our life is meaningless. I don’t know if it is possible to remain indifferent to the world and its needs, to the people around us, to their problems.

You have helped a lot before, why did you come up with the idea of ​​creating a fund?

The fund expands opportunities and makes aid more extensive. With the help of the foundation, we bring together different people for one thing — the development of a social movement and mutual assistance. When you are alone, you can help one or two people, and when we unite, we can help hundreds, thousands, and maybe even millions of people on the planet.

You set an example for many, it seems to me that it is important to see such people in front of you.

I would like to believe that it is true. I really want our country to have such a concept as a systematic charitable activity. Now it does not exist, and I understand that society must mature for some new approaches. But that doesn’t mean you have to sit back and wait for change. It is necessary to promote this trend to the masses as much as possible, to change ourselves and change the world around us. I often hear that only rich people can do charity work, but this is just an established stereotype, any person, regardless of their income, can help people around them who at one time or another in life need this help. For example, you can join our fund and become part of something bigger that will help many by sending any feasible amount to the account once a month.

What situation motivated you to start helping children with cancer and children with various disabilities?

There are many areas of activity in our foundation, and helping children is one of them. We help children in difficult life situations, orphans, disabled children, seriously ill children, children from large families. We are simply obliged to take care of the younger generation, this is the future of not only our country, this is the future of the whole world.

And what other directions are there in the fund?

The foundation works in three directions: helping children, ecology, and IT. I believe that these are the important aspects without which our future is impossible. It is already obvious to everyone in this world that life on our planet is under threat, dozens of animal species disappear from the face of the Earth every day. Humanity is also in great danger and we cannot stand by. As for IT, I think that new technologies make it possible to change the world for the better. The future belongs to those who can preserve the intellect and potential of the nation, directing it to the creation and benefit of people.
