Elon Musk will sell shares of SpaceX – presumably to pay for the purchase of Twitter. This was reported by The New York Post.

According to federal documents, as of August, the founder of Tesla owned 44% of SpaceX.

The tender offer is for existing shares, not new ones. SpaceX intends to raise $ 70 per share – 25% more than in the previous round.
