Zhanna Meirembayeva: unleashing women’s potential through Mrs. Globe in Kazakhstan

Zhanna Meirembayeva is a successful businesswoman and the founder of the Mrs. Globe platform in Kazakhstan. In this interview, she shares her thoughts on how the project helps women overcome stereotypes and unlock their potential, as well as discusses her life values embodied in the restaurant business.

How do you think the Mrs. Globe platform in Kazakhstan helps women unlock their potential and believe in themselves? What results would you like to achieve through this project?

To build a happy, harmonious life, we women are often hindered by fears, conventions, and stereotypes that have been formed over the years. We don’t believe in ourselves and can’t change the future. We drift along, looking at other people’s beautiful lives on social media, at other people’s success, and only dream, and sometimes even stop dreaming, getting used to hopelessness.

Mrs. Globe in Kazakhstan is more than just a beauty pageant. I created a platform that helps women unlock their potential and believe in their strengths. In this project, participants work with international speakers, professional trainers, and coaches who help women expand their boundaries and see their uniqueness.

This is a community where women support each other, share experiences and knowledge, develop their talents, and gain confidence in themselves. The goal of our project is to inspire every woman to believe in her uniqueness and to boldly pursue her dreams, no matter the obstacles.

What do you focus on when selecting participants for Mrs. Globe, besides external beauty? What qualities are important to you?

When selecting participants, we look not only at external beauty but also at inner strength, intelligence, and passion for life. We value qualities that help women become leaders in their communities and inspire others to develop and achieve self-realization.

Tell me about how the idea of the restaurant business came about and how it reflects your life values related to the beauty and taste of life.

The restaurant business became for me the embodiment of my life values, connected with family, the joy of life, and, of course, beauty! This is a place where people can enjoy good food, a cozy atmosphere, and lively conversation. Just like in the world of beauty, in the restaurant business, it is important to create harmony and inspiration, where every guest feels special and significant.
